FAQ
Seville Pass: frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you buy the Seville Pass. Note: after purchase you receive a voucher with QR code that you show at each attraction.
Buying & price
How do I buy the Seville Pass?+
You choose your start date and book online. You receive instant confirmation by email with the voucher and QR code.
How much does the Seville Pass cost?+
The Seville Pass is a single package with one price, shown live in the booking window when you pick your start date. See the Prices page for what is covered.
Are there different versions of the pass?+
There are no durations or tiers to compare, but you do put your own package together: a ticket variant at the Alcázar and at the Cathedral, and either the airport transfer or a hop-on hop-off bus ticket.
What's included
What does the Seville Pass include?+
The pass includes entry to the Royal Alcázar and to Seville Cathedral with the Giralda, the Seville City audio guide app and your choice of airport transfer or a 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus ticket. The full list is on the Attractions page.
Please note: the programme may change at short notice. The binding list is the one shown to you when you book.
Is a flamenco show included?+
No. A flamenco show is not part of the Seville Pass. The pass covers the monuments, the extra and the audio guide app listed on the Attractions page, so book a show separately if you want one.
Are there any extras?+
The pass adds a 10% discount code for further bookings in Seville, valid for one month after purchase, on top of the monuments, the extra of your choice and the audio guide app.
Using the pass
How do I receive and redeem the pass?+
After buying you receive a voucher with QR code by email. Show it from your smartphone or as a printout at each attraction. Nothing is posted to you.
Do I get skip-the-line entry?+
At the Royal Alcázar you get a timed entry ticket, so you enter at your slot instead of queueing for tickets. At the Cathedral, skip-the-line entry comes with the guided tour variant; the self-guided ticket is a normal entry ticket.
How long is the pass valid?+
If you pick the bus, the hop-on hop-off ticket is valid for 24 hours. The Alcázar and Cathedral entries are used once each on the dates you choose when booking.
Cancellation
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
No. The Seville Pass is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked. Please check your start date before you complete the purchase.
